The house is idea for one or 2 families with children and also a family pet. The main area is large and "open plan" with high-ceiling. pool table, dining table and large sofa. The interior design is modern, stylish and made to feel you are at the beach with comfort in mind. The kitchen is fully stocked with, large serving dishes, sharp knives, variety or large wine glasses, tableware and everything you need to make your food/BBQ look great as well as taste great. It also has an oven and refrigerator with ice-maker. There are 2 tables inside to dine/serve food on. Outside there is a quiet, private deck with Weber BBQ, low sofas to relax on and table and chairs. For entertainment you have a large, T-shaped leather sofa to what your favorite movies on Netflix and enjoy Bose surround-sound home theater system. There is a pool table with slate base which you can enjoy a few friendly competitions or let you children work out if they are the next world champ. Bathroom changing area is large and funky, large shower and washing machine. Bedrooms are designed with comfort in mind, the double room deep blue and grey mirror, hairdryer and storage space. There is enough room to put and extra futon on the floor if you have an infant or extra guest. Twin room is sky blue, fresh feeling with enough room for an extra futon. The futon room has new flooring, keeping the nice features of a Japanese room including pine wood and shoji, at the same time feeling modern and cozy and can sleep up to 4 guests.
