First of all we would like to thank Billy our host for his warm welcome and for opening up his delightful holiday home to us. Throughout our stay Billy was noting but helpful and responsive - including talking me through how to use the temperature controlled auto-filled onsen baths (ignore the other reviews - there’s not one but two of them) and for rushing over when the kids accidentally locked one of the bathroom doors! The chalet was beautifully presented - imagine a wooden pine chalet in the Swiss Alps but with Japanese mod cons like heated toilet bidets and underfloor heating throughout. The kitchen is also one of the most functional we have experienced in Airbnb. We greatly admired the workmanship eg the perfect grouting between the bathroom tiles! Being the nearest chalet to the Hanazono ski lifts, Edge and 308 was a big plus - leaving skis at 308 and driving back to a nice and warm home every day was frictionless. We miss Chalet Solitide already and will be back soon.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Billy was very responsive and made the check-in / out process a breeze. We especially loved the fire place, playroom, jacuzzi, cozy living room, well-stocked kitchen. We would definitely stay here again!"

We had the best experience in this stunning house. Billy is the best host , super attentive and friendly, gave us rides around niseko and shared many useful tips. Prepared tailored amenities for us before arrival The house is super spacious n luxurious. can easily fit 10 guests. The downstairs game room area with huge TV is quite like a theater, the upstairs kitchen and living room is super gorgeous! Love the high ceiling style very much. Also with a huge TV and I love they made every details perfect, like there is guest accounts already logged in to Netflix and Disney, etc for guests to watch freely. The view is beautiful both upstairs and downstairs. Each room is big and beautiful. All the bathrooms are nicely equipped with Toto toilet and nice showers. The best features though is absolutely the massage onsen and big sauna room. Really love it so much! It’s a 5-8 min walking to the annupuri gondola and 1 min by car. Can’t have a better getaway ski trip in niseko than this!
